Role Responsibilities
The Festival Campaign Manager holds a critical position in ensuring the successful execution of StAnza’s annual international poetry festival. This involves crafting and implementing an effective promotional campaign aimed at expanding the festival’s reach and actively engaging the audience.

Contract Details
- Duration: This is a fixed-term freelance position lasting from August 2025 to April 2026.
- Compensation: The total fee for this contract is £8,700, equivalent to £145 per day, based on a total of 62 working days.
Purpose of the Role
The responsibilities of the Festival Campaign Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
Design and execute a cohesive promotional campaign for the 2026 festival, utilizing both print and digital channels to build upon previous years’ efforts, with special attention to audience development and engagement.
Ensure consistent branding and identity across all promotional materials for the organization.
Collaborate closely with the core team to deliver marketing initiatives across various projects outlined within the contract period.
Actively promote StAnza and its initiatives within the literary sector.
